Return & Exchange Policy

1. Shipping Charges
Shipping is on us for all prepaid orders.

2. Order Processing Time
● Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business
days.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working
day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email and
WhatsApp.

3. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver your order in the fastest time possible.
Depending on your delivery address, the estimated delivery time ranges between:
4 – 7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as:
● Location and pin code serviceability
● Courier partner operations
● Weather or logistical delays
Even so, we always try our best to deliver earlier whenever possible.

4. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link sent to you after dispatch.
You may also track your order manually using the steps below:
1. Visit the Track My Order page.
2. Enter your Order ID/Number.
3. Click Track Your Order to view the latest shipment status.
Tracking updates are provided in real time.

5. Express Delivery
All orders are shipped through express delivery channels by default.
You do not need to select or request express shipping, your order is already routed through the fastest method available.

6. Undeliverable or Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
If the courier is unable to deliver the package:
● 3 delivery attempts will be made
● The courier may contact you for verification or delivery confirmation
If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, we can arrange a reshipment. Additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Parcels
If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:

If you discover damage after opening, please share an unboxing video that clearly shows
the condition of the package and product. This helps us resolve the issue promptly.
